I will be recommending Bridal Novias to ANYONE who needs to buy a dress!!! Susi was INCREDIBLE, she was so kind, funny, accommodating, and helpful! She picked up on my style and brought options to help me both in my ideas and to help me branch out and find what I really love! She made all the dresses fit like they would if they had been tailored already and encouraged me through all the emotions! I LOVE the dress I said yes to, the customer service was INCREDIBLE, especially after a bad experience at a different bridal shop, the prices were so reasonable, and my friends and I had an amazing time!
I would recommend them to everyone, all the staff was kind but I have to say, Susi was amazing and you should absolutely ask for her!!

Excellent place to shop for wedding dress. The staff there were very helpful,professional,kind and courteous. They really listened to what you wanted. Special shout out to Liz and Jareb they made this experience for myself and daughter magical. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. To summarize our visit my daughter said yes to the dress.

Excellent service. I walked in and immediately somebody helped me. Silvia was really helpful and her assistance felt really warming. She showed me different dresses with all the details I gave her about my wedding. I wasn’t expecting it, but I walked out that day with the most perfect dress. It was a very exciting experience. Even when I didn’t have any idea of what am I going to buy or select, the people there were amazing given attention all the time, specially Claudia which was the one in charge of my wedding dress. It was such a nice experience that we (yes, my fiancé and myself) decided to buy the first selected dress! She was the perfect looking eye for it. This is a beautiful boutique with plenty of wedding dresses between $1,000 and $2,000 that are well made! They showed me veil options and hair pieces! We loved our experience and I found the dress! I highly recommend this location for wedding dresses!

I had the best experience today! Prior to traveling to Bridal Novias I had given them a call. They were super respectful, patient and honest about their services, price range and selection. They made sure to inform me of their busy days and encouraged me to make an appointment which really showed they valued my time. Upon arrival I was greeted with a huge smile and care. I felt welcomed and nurtured! This team thrives on time management and service. A great sign of great leadership and management. I was them greeted by Sylvia who took me in as her own. She looked at my price range, made sure to ask about dress inspiration, respected my non-negotiables while also being professional about sharing her knowledge of dresses, make and market. Modesty was my primary concern and Sylvia understood my vision. She picked out my first option and sure enough I tried it on and it was my dress. Sylvia and another consultant worked as a team to find me the most beautiful veil to go with my dress. She made sure to stick to my budget and really took care of me.
